Recent upgrades to our eBusiness service now includes new software that checks all attachments are safe for our systems.
You may experience an error when uploading attachments, particularly attachments where the PDF has been created by a photocopier or scanner.
If you experience this error we advise that you:
use functionality within your PDF product that allows active content to be removed
save the PDF as from your computer and attempt upload again
convert PDF using another source - such as 'save as' from word processor or print options.
You may also need to seek your own advice on how to remove 'Active Content' if this issue reoccurs.
