| Performance related pay: | We will reward you according to the job you do, your skills and experience and your level of performance. For salary levels, please refer to the following Agreements:  ASIC levels: ASIC 1-4 Enterprise Agreement 2009-2011 Executive levels: Collective Agreement 2007-2009Executive Level and Senior Executive Staff may be offered salary rates that are higher than those offered under the Collective Agreement as well as a performance bonus. We are currently negotiating the Executive Level Enterprise Agreement. Our Collective Agreement or other employment contracts cover your employment terms and conditions. |
