Data you can receive with EDGE

If you become a registered lodgement agent, you can access some services for free. Below is a brief summary of what information you can get.

You can also lodge these documents as a registered agent using our online services.

Data download

You can request a download of company details by lodging a Request for Company Details (Form RA71).

This provides a list of all companies on our database that are linked to you.

Review date report

You can see the upcoming review dates for all companies linked to you by lodging a Review Date Report (Form RA61).

You can select two dates (dd/mm/yyyy–dd/mm/yyyy) and the report will show all company review dates in that timeframe. These dates can be up to a year apart.

Documents lodged report

You can see a list of all documents lodged by a particular company by lodging a Request Documents Lodged Report (Form RA65).

A start date may be entered to specify when the list is to begin. The start date must be within 3 years.

Company debt reports

There are two types of company debt reports:

  • Individual company – To report on a specific company linked to you, lodge a Request for Individual Company Debt Report (Form RA63). You need to supply the company name and Australian Company Number (ACN).
  • All companies – To report on all companies linked to you, request a Request for All Companies Debt (Form RA67). Only two RA67 requests can be made per day.

Companies with a zero debt balance will not appear on the reports.

Data amendment report

To see any minor data corrections made by ASIC during processing, lodge a Request for Data Amendment Report (Form RA17).
