You can use our online service to:
- check and change company details
- review annual statements, invoices and other documents
- lodge forms
- receive email alerts
How do I start?
To use our online service you must first register for access and create a user name and password.
Officeholders will need their corporate key to register.
EDGE lodgement - for agents who lodge a large amount of documents
Officeholders or registered agents that represent companies will be sent annual company statements and review fee invoices online. An email will be sent to alert you that documents are ready for you to download. If you have not received your annual statement within 5 days after the review date you should contact us.
You can only change your review date under certain circumstances.
Keep your contact details up to date
We use the email address you provide to alert you when documents are ready to download. This means it is important that you keep your email address and other contact details up to date:
- current contact person
- email address
- telephone number.
You can update your contact details whilst in the online lodgement system through the 'Profile' menu.
Keeping these details up to date helps ensure that you receive annual statement in plenty of time to arrange review and payment of fees before the due date.
What can I lodge?
Fees apply whether you lodge online or on paper. When you lodge online an invoice is produced for you to print off.
Terms and conditions of using the service
If you decide to join our online service you must agree to our terms and conditions in our Electronic Lodgement Protocol.
- Company officeholders
When you register for the online service you’ll be asked to indicate if you have read the protocol and if you agree to meet the terms and conditions.
- ASIC registered agents
When you register for the online service you’ll be asked to print the protocol, sign it, and post it back to us before you can use the online service.
In general, any browser which supports HTML 4 and CSS 2 should allow you to use our services.The page layout may be presented differently by some browser versions. More technical information.
Security and privacy
Our services use an internet technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) utilising 128 bit encryption to reduce the likelihood of a third party reading your information while it is in transit on the internet. Your browser may choose a lower level of encryption. We suggest you always consider the sensitivity of any information before providing it on the Internet.
