ePayments Code subscription form

The ePayments Code is a voluntary industry code of practice that provides a range of protections for consumer electronic transactions.

As a subscriber, you will be required to comply with all the provisions of the Code that apply to you.

The ePayments Code was published on 20 September 2011.

A transition period applied until 20 March 2013.

Organisations are able join at any time.

Organisations must comply with the Code from the date of subscription.

If you need to update details you entered into this form (including a change to your organisation name or if you cease to operate) please email epaymentscode@asic.gov.au.
