AD09-40 ASIC to accept online applications for scheme registration

ASIC is inviting businesses to lodge applications for the registration of managed investment schemes online.

The online forms below are part of ASIC’s ongoing commitment to provide accessible lodgement services to assist business:

  • Form 5100 Application for registration of a managed investment scheme

  • Form 5103 Directors’ statement relating to application for registration of a managed investment scheme

The requirements for registering a scheme have not changed and the documents ordinarily lodged with the application can be scanned and saved as either tif, pdf or

rtf files and attached as part of the online lodgement. While ASIC does not require original copies, these must be retained by the responsible entity for seven years.

  • FS90 Notice that a product in a PDS has ceased to be available
