Ali Youssef, a director of Allscope Concrete & Pumping Pty Ltd (Allscope), has been charged with dishonestly using his position as a company director and dealing with proceeds of crime.
It is alleged that on 4 December 2023, Mr Youssef dishonestly used his position as a director to transfer $69,000 from Allscope’s bank account to his personal bank account with the intention of causing a detriment to Allscope Pumping.
