ASIC has cancelled the Australian financial services (AFS) licence of NSW financial adviser Kyle Clifford Frost (AFS licence number 543780). The licence cancellation took effect on 15 October 2026.
The licence was cancelled after ASIC found that Mr Frost had failed to comply with a number of obligations imposed on AFS licensees under the Corporations Act 2001, including obligations relating to cooperation with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), obligations relating to financial reporting, payment of statutory levies and regulatory reporting requirements.
ASIC may suspend or cancel an AFS licence under section 915C of the Corporations Act 2001 where a licensee fails to comply with its obligations under the Act or certain statutory grounds are established.
Mr Frost has the right to apply to the Administrative Review Tribunal for a review of ASIC's decision.
