Glossary
A debtor representative is a term used in the Business Names Registration Act 2011 to describe people who have been appointed to undertake a business name holder’s insolvency process. They are usually an external administrator or trustee in bankruptcy. However, in the Act the term covers broader types of appointments (see section 38).
