Registrable superannuation entities document register
This register contains certain documents lodged with ASIC by registrable superannuation entity licensees (RSE licensees) for registrable superannuation entities (RSEs).
About this register
This register makes certain documents lodged by RSE licensees available to the public.
RSE licensees are regulated by ASIC and the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA). RSE licensees operate and manage RSEs.
Generally, RSEs are:
- regulated superannuation funds
- approved deposit funds
- pooled superannuation trusts.
Self-managed superannuation funds are not a type of RSE.
Information available on the register
This register contains the following documents that RSE licensees must lodge with ASIC for RSEs:
- audited financial reports
- notice of director approval to the extension of an RSE audit term
- notice of removal, resignation or cessation of an RSE auditor.
You can download a copy of the documents.
The following RSEs will not appear on this register because they are not required to lodge financial reports and notices about auditors with ASIC:
- exempt public sector superannuation schemes
- excluded approved deposit funds
- small APRA funds.
