ASIC received 4 confidential submissions and 22 non-confidential submissions. There was broad support from industry, industry groups and other interested parties for ASIC’s proposal to simplify and update RG 181. We have summarised key feedback on the different sections of draft updated RG 181 and our responses, including how we have addressed the feedback in the final RG 181 where relevant.
