Purpose
Use Form 106 to withdraw a previously lodged document. Only some documents can be withdrawn and only under particular circumstances.

Send a copy of the signed form by email to lodgement@asic.gov.au.

- The email must include the form number, company name and ACN in the subject line.
- Include any supporting documents and evidence in PDF format when lodging with the form.
- The maximum size of emails ASIC will accept is 10 MB.
