Purpose
Use Form 379 to apply to hide a residential address on the companies register, or to advise a new residential or alternative address when the residential address is currently hidden. To ensure the address remains hidden, use this form rather than making the change online.
Note:
- If you have your residential address suppressed, it’s important you advise a change of address by lodging a Form 379 Request to suppress residential address or change residential and/or alternative address above.
- If a change of address is lodged by a Form 484 Change of company details, the address will be available for public inspection and will appear on the public register.
