Purpose
Use Form 390 for annual notice by a holding entity which does not lodge consolidated financial statements pursuant to ASIC Corporations (Wholly-owned Companies) Instrument 2016/785.
Withdrawal of Form 390
Form 390 will be withdrawn from 1 April 2027 as it will no longer be required for financial years ending on or after 1 January 2027, see ASIC Corporations (Wholly-owned Companies) Instrument 2026/533.
