Purpose
Use Form 394 to notify ASIC that a small proprietary company controlled by a foreign company will no longer rely on relief, under Part 8 of ASIC Corporations (Annual and Half-year Reporting) Instrument 2026/468, from having to prepare and lodge audited accounts.
