Purpose
Form 433 is used by companies registered under s150 of the Corporations Act to notify us of their non-compliance with s150; by ‘licensed’ companies to request revocation of their licence to omit ‘Limited’ from their name; or by companies that no longer comply with ACNC registration requirements.
