Purpose
Use Form 605 to give notice to a listed company, or the responsible entity for a listed managed investment scheme, with a copy to each relevant securities exchange.
Important notice
From 4 December 2026, you will need to give notice using the Substantial holding notice which will replace Form 603, Form 604 and Form 605.
