Purpose

Use Form COI1 if you:

  • are, or will be, a credit provider or lessor in relation to a carried over instrument (COI) immediately before 1 July 2010 and at any time after 30 June 2010, and
  • are not, or will not be a licensee, or a person exempt from the requirement to hold a licence.
