12–13 November 2025: ASIC’s Annual Forum 2025 brought together over 700 delegates, along with local and international speakers from business, industry, the legal profession and other regulators, to host conversations to strengthen Australia and its financial system in this dynamic world.

10 June 2025: ASIC’s Chair Joe Longo and Commissioner Simone Constant participated in two panel sessions that explored key themes from ASIC’s public and private markets consultation, including initial observations, emerging issues, regulatory considerations and ideas for enhancement.
