Schedule 2 Committee referrals and decisions

Under s40-50 of Schedule 2 to the Corporations Act 2001 ASIC may refer a registered liquidator to a disciplinary committee.

The table below sets out the referrals made by ASIC to a disciplinary committee since 1 March 2017 (when this disciplinary regime started), and the results of those referrals where the committee has decided ASIC should publish information about the committee’s decision.

The Committee did not make an order under s40-55(1)(h) of Schedule 2 to the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) that ASIC should publish the reasons for the decision.
