Purpose

How to lodge this form

Lodge online

Companies with an ACN can register on the portal to submit this application. Only a Director or Secretary of the company can perform this initial portal registration.

Many companies should already be registered on the portal to meet their annual industry funding obligations.

Lodgement details:

  • Anyone required to use the portal to transact with ASIC will need to register their own account.
  • Once registered and logged in you can launch the transaction named ‘Extension of time for a company to hold its annual general meeting (AGM).’
  • Note this transaction can only be submitted by a director or secretary of a company.
  • Details about payment options are provided in the portal. For more information, see how you apply for relief.
