2501 Application for extension of time to hold Annual General Meeting

Form 2501

How to submit

Applications for an extension of time for companies to hold an annual general meeting (AGM) can be submitted through the ASIC Regulatory Portal. Companies with an ACN can register on the portal to submit this application. Only a Director or Secretary of the company can perform this initial portal registration.

Many companies should already be registered on the portal to meet their annual industry funding obligations.

For more information, see how you apply for relief.

Unlisted companies that do not regularly interact through the ASIC Regulatory Portal because they are not subject to industry funding levies or do not hold a licence or registration under laws ASIC administers can continue to use the paper form. See below for more information.
