Send a copy of the signed form by email to lodgement@asic.gov.au.
Email lodging details:
- The email must include the form number, company name and ARBN in the subject line.
- If you are lodging a single form, submit the form and financial documents as a single PDF.
- If you are lodging multiple forms, submit all forms as separate PDFs in one email lodgement.
- For translated certified documents, the signature of the translator needs to be hand-written, a digital signature will not be accepted.
