CL13 Notice in relation to special purpose funding entity

Purpose

Form CL13 is used by registered persons and credit licensees to notify ASIC of entering into or ceasing a servicing agreement with a special purpose funding entity.

This form is also used to notify ASIC when they become aware that a person in a position to control or influence on the special purpose funding entity performs specified actions.

Late fees

  • {U91} for up to one month late.
  • {U92} for over one month late.

Lodging period

  • When entering into a servicing agreement - No later than 20 business days after the agreement was entered into.
  • When ceasing a servicing agreement - No later than 15 business days after ceasing to be a party.
  • Actions by person in position of control - No later than 15 business days after the action occurs.
