COI2 Change of details for unlicensed carried over instrument lender and prescribed unlicensed carried over instrument lender

form – COI2

Purpose

Form COI2 is used by lenders to notify ASIC of changes to their details such as:

  • name, principal business name or address
  • External Dispute Resolution Scheme membership
  • change in control of lender
  • material adverse change in their financial position
  • if they have ceased being a lender.

Prescribed unlicensed carried over instrument lenders must notify ASIC if:

  • they have ceased being a prescribed unlicensed carried over instrument lender
  • they have appointed a new licensee or registered person to act for them
  • there has been a change to the reason for which they are prescribed.
