Purpose
Use Form RL30 to notify ASIC of significant events concerning the liquidator.
- Auditors disqualified from managing corporations under Part 2D.6 must lodge Form 906.
- Officeholders disqualified because of bankruptcy or personal insolvent agreement should lodge Form 296.
