Substantial holding notice

Purpose

From 4 December 2026, this form will be used to notify the following persons about a substantial holding of securities in a listed entity on an Australian financial market or changes to such a holding:

  • the listed company, responsible entity of the listed managed investment scheme, operator of a listed notified foreign passport fund relevant listed entity or listed body, and
  • the securities exchange where the securities are listed.

In the meantime, continue to use the current forms until 4 December 2026.

Transitional period

There is a transitional period from 4 December 2026 to 3 June 2027. During this period, you may notify using the transitional forms rather than the Substantial holding notice. You can preview the transitional forms below that will come into effect from 4 December 2026.

Download, complete and give this notice to the relevant listed entity and securities exchange.

Do not use this form until 4 December 2026. Do not send this form to ASIC.
