APS Employee Census 2026
The APS Employee Census provides insight into the experience of our people and helps us understand what’s working well and where we can continue to improve.
In 2026, 2,131 ASIC employees participated, representing a 74% response rate.
Our results provide insights across a range of areas, including employee engagement, leadership, communication, innovation and wellbeing.

Turning feedback into action
We’re using our Census results to focus action where it can make the greatest difference.
This includes a shared focus on an organisation-wide opportunity, with all employees having a role to play. Leaders will work with their teams to understand their results, build on what’s working well and identify areas for improvement.
