About this app
The NZAUConnect app is a joint initiative of ASIC and the New Zealand Companies Office. The app brings together records from:
- the Australian business names register
- the Australian companies register
- the New Zealand companies register.
Information available on the app
You can search for Australian and New Zealand companies and registered Australian business names.
You can view details such as the:
- name of the company or registration holder
- company type and status
- date of registration
- address details.
