Use a telephone interpreter service



If you have difficulty speaking or understanding English, call the Telephone Interpreter Service on 131 450 for the cost of a local call.

They will interpret and translate your query, and then call us for you.

The Telephone Interpreter Service operates nationally and provides a 24 hour a day, 7 days a week service for over 100 languages.

Website availability



Normal service: Our internet searching and lodging services are normally available on a 24 hour x 6.5 day basis.

Website/system maintenance: Any systems maintenance and upgrade activities are scheduled between 6am and 6pm AEST or AEDT on Sundays and our internet services may not be available during this period.

Improvements: We monitor and make improvements to our online lodgement services on an ongoing basis. Changes that may affect you as a user are listed on the System changes and enhancements page.
