|Go to ASIC Connect and log in to your account||When you log in for the first time, you will be prompted to add any existing business names to your account.|

|Select the Lodgements & Notifications tab||This will display a list of all business names linked to your account.|
|Then select the radio button to the left of your chosen business name||This will highlight the Transactions drop-down menu.|
|In the Transactions drop-down menu, select Other notifications and then Go||This will take you to the Other notifications screen.|
|Select Business name as a business type and then Request a review of an ASIC decision notification||This will return the relevant page for updating.|
|Once all details are entered select Next to continue||In your request, you will need to identify the type of reviewable decision you are requesting to be reviewed and whether you are an entity that is able to request a review.|
You must also set out the reasons for making the application.
|Review your transaction||Check that the information displayed is correct.|
|Make declarations||Read the declaration to ensure you agree with the conditions of the transaction.|
|Confirmation||This will confirm your transaction has been submitted with ASIC.|
